A neighborhood within the master-planned community of Ho‘opili by D.R. Horton, Āulu offers a variety of single family floor plans. The future locations of Azure Ala Moana will be the corner of Keeaumoku Street and Makaloa Street, in what is being referred to as Midtown Ala Moana. A planned community by developer, Stanford Carr, The Cottages at Mauna 'Olu will be located on the leeward side of Oahu in Makaha Valley. Ho'oulu at Ho'opili
Ho'oulu by D.R. Horton, is neighborhood with the master planned community of Ho'opili. Ho'oulu consists of singel family homes in the "modern plantation" style design. There are three floor plans, with home living space to range from 868 to 1,144 square feet. Interior home appointments include smart home features and contemporary finishes. Ililani
Ililani will be located in Kaka'ako and will consist of 42 stories made up of 328 affordable and market units - 165 units will be offered under the HHFDC affordable housing guidelines and 163 units will be market priced. Ililani will also have car-share vehicles available. Amenities include a splash pool, BBQ areas, and community gardens.
'Ilima at Ho'opili
'Ilima by developer D.R. Horton, is a multi-family neighborhood within the master planned community of Ho'opili. There will be approximately 76 multi-family residences within the 'Ilima neighborhood, some of which will be townhomes and stacked flats, and an estimated 28 of these residences will be offered as affordable housing under the City & County guidelines. There are seven floor plans with living space ranging between 973 to 1860 square feet. Ko'ula
The latest addition to Ward Village from developer Howard Hughes is Ko'ula. Located in the center of Ward Village and standing at 41stories, this project will be comprised of 570 residences between the Tower and Podium, to include studios, one, two and three bedroom units. Tower units will have a variety of floor plans, while Podium units will have direct access to Victoria Ward Park. Kohina at Ho'opili
Kohina, by D.R. Horton, will be a neighborhood in Ho'opili and serve as the gateway into the Ho'opili development. Kohina is anticipated to be the first TOD neighborhood (transit-oriented development) within the community and there will be approximately 276 multi-family homes and commercial spaces. Of the multi-family homes, Kohina will have approximately 40 floor plans, and have market-priced and affordable one, two, three, and four bedroom townhomes, lofts, FLEX® Homes and commercial spaces.
