Prior to his career in real estate, Michael practiced personal injury law for almost two years; helping many injured clients and forging life-long friendships along the way. His legal experience is an invaluable complement to his real estate business, as he represents his client's best interest with the highest level of skill, integrity and knowledge.
As a newly licensed Realtor Associate, Michael was a recipient of the prestigious Outstanding Newcomer Aloha 'Aina Award from the Honolulu Board of REALTORS in 2006. Recognized for demonstrating exceptional service and follow-up to clients and peers, Michael continues to provide outstanding service as a Realtor Associate at Prudential Locations and as a member of their prestigious Fine Homes International luxury market program.
GENERAL
Born and raised in Honolulu, Michael is a graduate of McKinley High School and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ethnic Studies from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Michael also holds a Juris Doctor degree (JD) from the University of the Pacific in Sacramento California. He is an attorney and a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association, although currently inactive as he is a full-time realtor.
Michael serves as an active supporter of the local community in his free time, participaitng in service events through the Locations Foundation. He is also a former a member of the Board of Directors for the Lupus Foundation of America-Hawaii Chapter, and was chairman of the Annual Walk for Lupus in 2010.
